Huyoque Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ve made our return and exchange process simple and transparent to assist you.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You may initiate a return or exchange for any item within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.


Note: Items received after this 30-day window will not be eligible for return or exchange, unless required by local consumer protection laws.

2. Eligibility Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To ensure your return or exchange is processed smoothly, items must meet the following criteria:


  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from damage (e.g., stains, tears, or signs of use).
  • All original tags, labels, and hygiene seals (if applicable) remain attached and intact.
  • Returned in the original packaging (e.g., product box, dust bag) to prevent transit damage.


Important Pre-Requirement: Before shipping your item back, please contact our support team to obtain the correct return/exchange address (we do not accept returns sent to our office address).

3. Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Procedure

Step 1: Request a Return/Exchange Address

  • Your order number (found in your order confirmation email).
  • The name of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
  • Whether you want a "refund" or "exchange" (if exchanging, specify the desired size/color, if available).


We will respond within 24–48 business hours with the return address and additional packaging instructions.

Step 2: Ship the Item Back

  • Carefully repackage the item(s) according to our instructions (to avoid damage during transit).
  • Ship the package to the provided return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product).

Step 3: Process Completion

For Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (to confirm it meets eligibility conditions), we will issue a refund to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 3–5 business days.


  • Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account—this timeline depends on your bank or payment provider’s processing speed.

For Exchanges

After we receive and approve your returned item, we will ship the replacement item (in your requested size/color, subject to stock availability) within 3 business days.


  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the replacement is dispatched.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

We process orders quickly (often within a few hours of placement) to ensure timely delivery. Here’s how cancellation works:

  • If your order has already shipped: Cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait for the item to be delivered, then follow the return procedure outlined above to request a refund.
